A Day of Sunshine

Today was a beautiful day!  We enjoyed 70 degree weather and sunshine.  The weather couldn't have been more perfect because we had playgroup at the park in the morning and then a play date at the park in the afternoon. 

I think Amelia spent about five hours outside today!  Now that she's walking more proficiently, she is enjoying running around outside and climbing on the playground equipment.

In the afternoon, we had a play date with a friend of mine that has a daughter who is 16 months older than Amelia.  Her daughter is 2 1/2.  We have been having play dates with them regularly and I love it because the kids get along so well together!  Amelia and her little brother will be 17 months apart, so I feel like it gives me a glimpse of what it might be like when they are older.

She was running around the park with my keys.  This is what she looked like when I told her sternly to stop and return the keys to me.
