We created this blog to keep friends and family updated with what we are up to! We are a military family, so we are always far from home and the people we love. Right now we are stationed at Fort Campbell and live in Tennessee.
Jimmy is going to kill me for this, but here's his new Department of Army photo ;0) What a hottie... he's the cutest medical officer I've EVER seen, ha ha ha!
His DA photo appointment was in the morning too! Our wedding photos were taken less than 2 hours after he shaved (with a straight razor) and he STILL had a 5 o'clock shadow in all our pictures! He's like Homer Simpson... he shaves and within 10 seconds the shadow comes back.
Actually my appointment was moved to the afternoon. The 5 o'clock shadow just shows everyone that I am the "gold standard" among men. Booyah!! This wasn't my DA photo though, it was for the wall outside of my section. You can't really see the shadow on my DA photo.

What's with the 5 o'clock shadow!? Aren't officers supposed to be shining examples... the "gold standard" if you will!?
