"Spin Park"

We were "park hunting" in our new neighborhood and found what the kids have named the "Spin Park."

Amelia and Alex were laser focused on this little spinning area... hence the name, Spin Park. They spent most of their time there. I was worried they were going to get dizzy and sick.

Willow Creek

Got the keys to our new house today! For this move, I actually remembered to take "before" pictures. Although, I did forget to take pictures on the outside. The moving company will drop of our household goods next weekend. Bring on the chaos...

The kiddos breaking in our kitchen island. We had our first of many meals there today.

Mom Squad

I've been part of the Moms Club of Clarksville for just over three years and have had the pleasure of serving on the Board this past year. I have met the most amazing, supportive, and goofy moms. The kids and I will miss all the play-dates, crafts, and giggles shared with these moms and their children.

These are just a few of my favorite mommies from the Moms Club. Three of us are moving this summer, so we had one last (wipes tear from face) Moms Night Out. There are many members in the club, but we are definitely the OGs of the group. We've known each other for years. They have been my "village." I'm so thankful for their friendship and support and especially watching all our kiddos grow up together.

Amelia's Preschool Graduation Pic

I won't lie. As soon as Amelia's teacher handed me this picture and I looked at it, I felt the tears welling up in my eyes. I walked back to the car as fast as I could. It came fast. The tears came gushing as I was buckling Andrew into his car seat.

With the move in just 10 days, we are all going through so much change. I know it's just preschool, but it's also realizing that I have to let her go. Once she starts Kindergarten, she'll be at school most of the day.

She loves preschool. She has been going to this school for three years and I think she's only missed 4-5 days of school during that time. She never ever wants to miss anything school related.

Amelia picks up on concepts very easily and has an amazing memory. She loves the spotlight and is confident in her abilities.  She is eager to learn and teach others. She never meets a stranger and is probably one of the most talkative and friendly kids I've ever known. I'm so proud to be her mommy.

Click here to see "First Day of Preschool" post from August 2013.  I can't believe she had her first day of preschool on her 3rd birthday. Reading that post and looking at the pictures made me tear up all over again.

MOving ANnouncement

Outtakes...

Amelia is on point in every picture.
Alex and Andrew are hilarious; I love my boys!

Why is Alex pointing and winking?! I can't stop laughing.

Andrew was trying to escape

Finally...
I gave Andrew a ball so he wouldn't crawl away and Jimmy made fart noises to get the kids to laugh.

Renaissance Fair and Castle Gwynn

Attending the TN Renaissance Fair has been on our bucket list for a few years now. What better time to visit then two weeks before you move out of state?!

The Castle Gwynn is a private residence and is only open to the public just nine days a year. Admission to the Renaissance Fair is the only way to get a tour of the Castle Gwynn. Why is this such a big deal in the Lehman family?  Well, Taylor Swift's "love Story" music video was filmed there and we have two huge Taylor Swift fans in our family.

The weather was beautiful! We so enjoyed (finally!) touring the castle and walking around the Renaissance Fair. The kids enjoyed the shows, treats, and costumes.
